I identify opportunities for our group — government opportunities, enterprise projects, partnerships with international firms — and make sure we have the right team and approach to deliver.
I consider myself a student of the human condition, and of what qualities others need to be able to apply and display their talents. The AI practice within our group exists because I recognised what two people could do early on and connected them with the opportunities to do it properly — that introduction grew into one of Malta's leading AI development firms.
